Position Title: Databricks Data Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Data Engineer & Databricks BI Designer Python SQL skills

Our work is more focused on analysis problem-solving and requirement refinement than pure development. Were looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and data ask the right questions and help uncover insights that may not be explicitly documented in the requirements.

Were looking forsomeone with stronganalytical and businessunderstanding skills notjust the abilityto execute againstdocumented requirements. Need to be a fast thinker and who can come up with solutions than problems - ask questions. Think outside the box.

The ideal candidateshould be ableto:

• Understand the broaderbusiness process andhow a solutionfits into theend-to-endworkflow.

• Identify gaps inconsistencies or missing requirementsthrough logical andtheoretical analysis.

• Analyze data anddownstream impacts tobetter understand businessneeds and validateassumptions.

• Challenge requirements constructivelywhen the dataor process suggestsa different perspective.

• Partner effectively withbusiness stakeholders torefine requirements anddrive the rightsolution.

Nice to have skills:

• Strong Technical Skills with Snowflake & Databricks with Hands On Experience

• Understanding of Data Modelling and Data architecture

• Understanding on AWS

• Strong SQL Background
