How Youll Make an Impact

With your background in delivering excellent customer service youll play a key role in supporting our clients and sales team by managing multiple projects and deliverables with care accuracy and a positive this entry-level role youll partner closely with internal delivery teams to help turn campaign goals into audience solutions our clients use to achieve results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build a career in client services and marketing operations. Youll receive training and support as you learn our systems processes and best practiceswhile bringing a strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail to everything you do.

What youll do

• Execute count / order parameters to client/sales specifications via proprietary systems
• Quality control of all projects using prescribed verification processes
• Meet and maintain departmental quality key performance indicators
• Finance Administration / Internal Billing Support and SOX Compliance
• Timely execution of deliverables meeting/exceeding defined deadlines
• Attain proficiency thresholds within required interval
• Maintain working knowledge of Industry systems process and products in an ever-changing environment
• Participating in training sessions as scheduled to supplement required technical knowledge
• Manage and prioritize assigned workload
• Applies and maintains privacy and data security standards appropriately
• Work on process improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role (such as restaurants hospitality call centers retail or customer support)
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work under deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Excel)
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners
• A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Organized proactive and adaptable when priorities shift
• Curiosity and problem-solving instincts with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Self-starter with sense of ownership for the work delivered
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
