Analyze digital customer behavior across web and mobile channels to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
Leverage Adobe Analytics to measure customer engagement digital experience performance conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness.
Develop and deploy predictive models customer segmentation and personalization strategies to support marketing and business objectives.
Extract transform and analyze large-scale datasets using Snowflake SQL and Python to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders digital marketing teams and product owners to define KPIs success metrics and analytical requirements.
Deliver dashboards reports and executive presentations that translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
Perform customer journey attribution retention and behavioral analytics to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
