Summary
Responsible for the systems development and enforcement of cybersecurity policy and strategy and protecting the organizations digital assets from cyber threats and attacks. Oversees the selection development deployment monitoring maintenance and enhancement of the systems cybersecurity technology. Serves as a subject matter authority across multiple security domains driving advanced strategies architecture and operational excellence. This role typically involves leadership in complex security initiatives mentoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role is required to be on-call outside of regular working hours to respond to urgent issues and ensure continuous operational support.
Job Duties
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI-driven security IoT protection) and integrate them into enterprise defense strategies.
- Perform real-time monitoring of networks endpoints and cloud environments using SIEM and EDR tools.
- Conduct threat intelligence analysis including monitoring dark web activity and emerging attack techniques.
- Lead technical investigations of complex security incidents.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in applications networks and cloud environments.
- Ensure technical implementations align with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA PCI DSS NIST CSF).
Minimum Qualifications
- in related field
- and 10 years preferred work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years related work experience to be considered in lieu of degree.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK TTPs (Tactics Techniques and Procedures) and advanced persistent threats (APTs).
- Expertise in securing Azure AWS and hybrid environments including identity and access management
- Understanding forensic methodologies malware analysis and chain-of-custody principles.
- CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional - ISC2 CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM - Certified Information Security Manager - Information Systems Audit and Control Association CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing frequent keyboard use *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling bending squatting and performing CPR.
