Data Program Management Leader

The Data Program Management Leader will ensure the Enterprise Data Teams strategic priorities are translated into coordinated well-governed and successfully executed initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer this role will partner with Data Leadership Business Technology Finance Risk Compliance and enterprise PMO organizations to lead planning and execution across the Enterprise Data individual will oversee program governance portfolio reporting financial tracking risk management executive communications and change management while providing leadership with visibility into portfolio health priorities and business You Are Good AtEnterprise Program & Portfolio Leadership: Leading complex cross-functional programs and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans milestones and measurable Risk & Execution Management: Establishing effective governance managing risks and dependencies and driving accountability to ensure successful Communication & Stakeholder Management: Providing clear executive reporting while building strong relationships and influencing outcomes across Business and Technology & Operational Management: Managing budgets resources vendors and portfolio processes while driving operational excellence and continuous You Will DoData Program & Portfolio ManagementManage the integrated Enterprise Data portfolio ensuring initiatives are planned prioritized and delivered in alignment with strategic project plans milestones dependencies and resource requirements across concurrent portfolio planning across Data Leadership Business Technology and enterprise PMO performance identify delivery risks and facilitate timely issue annual and quarterly planning and portfolio Governance & Executive ReportingEstablish governance processes that provide transparency into scope schedule budget risks dependencies and business executive dashboards scorecards status reports Board materials and leadership steering committees and leadership reviews including action tracking and key portfolio documentation and facilitate the escalation and resolution of risks and & Resource ManagementSupport financial planning budget tracking forecasting and resource reporting for Enterprise project financials consulting engagements vendor activity and overall budget business cases funding requests and investment tracking to inform portfolio & Change ManagementDevelop communications that support enterprise data initiatives and organizational stakeholder updates executive messaging and change management stakeholder engagement training adoption planning and organizational Standards & Operational ExcellenceEstablish consistent project management methodologies tools templates and reporting improve portfolio governance processes and reporting operating plans organizational objectives performance metrics and leadership as a trusted advisor to Data Leadership on portfolio health execution risks and delivery You HaveBachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Technology Project Management or a related Management Professional (PMP) certification required.810 years of experience leading complex enterprise programs portfolios or business transformation experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across Business and Technology with portfolio governance executive reporting strategic planning budgets resource planning and vendor knowledge of project management methodologies risk management and organizational change with tools such as Microsoft Project Azure DevOps Jira Smartsheet Planview or similar communication problem-solving decision-making and influencing services industry experience work for usBenefits: Janney believes that its employees are the key to what makes a great company.
