Island Grad Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to support the accurate management of organizational records and information. This role is responsible for entering reviewing updating and maintaining data while ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and update information in company databases and internal systems.
* Review records for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic files.
* Verify data integrity and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
* Meet productivity and accuracy standards while following company procedures.
* Assist with additional administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous administrative data processing or office experience.
* Strong typing and data entry accuracy.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
