Job Summary
ParkEPS is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to support its administrative and operational teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing verifying organizing and maintaining business information while ensuring that records and reports are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and update customer client employee location and operational information.
- Review incoming data for accuracy completeness and consistency.
- Enter information from forms reports invoices schedules and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate databases spreadsheets tracking logs and electronic records.
- Identify missing duplicate or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections.
- Process operational records and assist with maintaining accurate service information.
- Compile information from multiple sources and prepare routine reports.
- Reconcile data and investigate discrepancies between records.
- Assist management and operations teams with data-related requests.
- Organize and maintain electronic documentation for efficient retrieval.
- Protect confidential customer employee client and company information.
- Follow established data-processing and records-management procedures.
- Complete assigned processing tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data processing data entry administrative support or records management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and database applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with operations and administrative teams.
- Experience in parking hospitality property management transportation or other service-oriented industries is a plus.
