We are seeking a reliable organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Processing Clerk to process enter verify and maintain information in company databases and computer systems. The successful candidate will ensure data is accurate complete and processed within established deadlines while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and process information accurately in databases and internal systems.
  • Review incoming data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update organize and maintain electronic records.
  • Verify information and identify inconsistencies or missing data.
  • Correct data-entry errors and perform quality-control checks.
  • Process forms applications invoices reports and other documents.
  • Prepare basic spreadsheets reports and data summaries.
  • Retrieve and organize information when requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies or processing issues.
  • Meet established productivity accuracy and turnaround-time standards.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data processing data entry or clerical experience preferred.
  • Good computer and typing skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Word or Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Required Skills:

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data identify trends and support decision-making. Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather document and translate client needs into clear actionable specifications. Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map assess and optimize workflows especially in sales and operations environments. Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders lead discussions and present findings in a clear concise manner. Experience working with small or growing businesses especially in consulting or professional services is beneficial. Proficiency with common business productivity tools and data analysis software is preferred. Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Charlotte NC and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and outcomes.
