Labcorp is seeking a US Remote based Data Processing Associate to join its Invitae Genetics team!
Work Schedule:Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm Pacific Time Training for about 3 months: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Time Zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Pre-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
- Patient creation
- Order creation
- Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests missing information)
- Meet established SLAs and OKRs
- Post-accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
- Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems
- Quality control of previously entered information into Invitae systems
- Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests missing information)
- Communicationwith our Accessioning and Client Services teams as needed
- Meet established SLAs and OKRs
- Additional Responsibilities as directed by your team lead:
- Report maintenance
- Compliance activities
- Team meetings and training
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years experience in healthcare science data processing or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 or more years experience working in a genetic testing clinical laboratory
- 1 or more years experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Current or prior Invitae experience
- 1 or more years experience working in a metric/volume driven role
Additional Job Standards:
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- High level attention to detail with ability to problem solve
- Flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or related field
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced in managing multiple applications using two monitors with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce JIRA or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
- Quiet dedicated distraction-free work from home space
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency with remote collaboration
Our Data Processing team plays an integral part in both the laboratory and customer support phases. Data Processing team members contribute to a culture in which we encourage honest and open communication and value constructive feedback. Our team members work with a sense of urgency and a goal of putting patients first and the team above the individual.

**Pay Range: $17.75 - $21.00 / hour
