Role and Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on data privacy cybersecurity and AI governance compliance matters.

Draft review and negotiate technology and commercial agreements.

Support incident response matters including breach investigation notification and regulatory reporting.

Work cross-functionally with corporate IP and litigation colleagues to deliver integrated client solutions.

5-7 years of substantive experience in data privacy cybersecurity technology transactions or information governance at a law firm or in-house legal department.
