Data Platform Administrator

The Data Platform Administrator role is responsible for the installation configuration maintenance and support of data analytics and business intelligence platforms including Tableau Sigma Alteryx Alation. This role ensures optimal performance security and availability of these platforms enabling business users and data analysts to efficiently access analyze and visualize organizational data.

• Installation & Configuration: Install upgrade and configure software and applications for each platform ensuring compatibility with organizational infrastructure and data sources
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues related to connectivity data access and platform functionality
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts business users and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs
• Learning: Stay up-to-date with updates new features and industry trends
• Training & Enablement: Provide training and onboarding support for new users and promote best practices for platform usage
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance conduct regular health checks and optimize resources to ensure platforms operate efficiently and reliably
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience administering data platform tools.

• Bachelors degree (4 years)
• Five to up to seven years of relevant work experience

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering

• Normal Office Environment
