Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Management Assistant to join our remote team. This entry-level position supports daily business operations by entering reviewing updating and organizing information across company databases spreadsheets digital records and internal systems.

Administrative Support
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets trackers lists and routine documents.

  • Process basic forms and administrative requests.

  • Maintain digital logs and internal records.

  • Organize shared folders and electronic files.

  • Route documents and information to appropriate team members.

  • Assist with routine clerical assignments.

  • Support additional administrative projects as needed.

Document & Records Management
  • Upload label categorize and archive digital documents.

  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems.

  • Follow established file-naming and storage procedures.

  • Review documents for completeness.

  • Maintain document indexes and tracking logs.

  • Retrieve authorized records when requested.

  • Organize forms templates reports and reference materials.

  • Protect confidential information and records.

Operations Support
  • Update operational and project trackers.

  • Monitor routine assignments and deadlines.

  • Track outstanding requests and action items.

  • Assist with compiling information for basic reports and summaries.

  • Follow up on routine tasks when requested.
