Job Summary
111 Sign is seeking a detail-oriented Data Input Specialist to support our printing and sign production operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering organizing and maintaining order customer and production data to keep jobs moving smoothly from quote to delivery.
- Accurately enter customer orders job specifications and pricing information into the order management/production software
- Input and update customer contact details billing information and order history
- Review incoming work orders purchase orders and design files for completeness before data entry
- Maintain accurate records of job status (in production printing finishing ready for pickup/delivery)
- Cross-check entered data against source documents to catch and correct errors
- Coordinate with sales design and production teams to resolve discrepancies in order details
- Track inventory data for materials (vinyl substrates ink hardware) as needed
- Generate reports on order volume job status and turnaround times
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for job tickets invoices and proofs
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer and company data
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1 years of data entry administrative or office support experience (printing/sign industry experience a plus)
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and comfort learning industry-specific software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders/deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of print/sign production terminology is a plus
Desired Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience in data entry and office support roles.
