Job Summary
Carr Construction LLC is a rapidly growing $22M commercial construction firm. We are seeking a sharp detail-oriented Finance Data Entry Specialist to work directly under our Controller at our Okeechobee headquarters. This role handles daily financial data entry and core administrative tasks. We are seeking an individual who thinks critically to solve problems. Duties include:
Execute high-volume accurate data entry for daily financial transactions.
Assist the Controller with day-to-day accounting functions and file management.
Reconcile discrepancies and verify the accuracy of financial records.
Adapt to evolving tasks and think outside the box to streamline workflows.
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
Office Experience: Having worked in an office environment for a minimum of 1 year.
ERP Experience (Huge Bonus): Prior experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software gives you an immediate advantage.
Core Skills: Exceptional accuracy strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Reliability: Ability to maintain a strict 40-hour in-office weekly schedule.
