Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to accurately enter and manage large amounts of data. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently

- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy

- Maintain and update databases as needed

- Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested

- Communicate with team members and clients to clarify data discrepancies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining speed and accuracy
