Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented organized and dependable Remote Data Entry Specialist to manage process and maintain accurate digital records across company databases and information systems. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy identify inconsistencies maintain organized records and support efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter update verify and maintain data in company databases spreadsheets and digital platforms.
  • Review source documents to ensure information is accurate complete and consistent.
  • Identify and correct errors duplicate records missing information and discrepancies.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and validation procedures.
  • Organize categorize and maintain electronic records for easy retrieval.
  • Transfer information from forms reports invoices and other documents into designated systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer supplier employee inventory or operational records as assigned.
  • Generate basic data summaries and reports for internal teams and management.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve data-related issues.
  • Follow established procedures for data entry document management and quality control.
  • Protect confidential information and comply with applicable data protection policies.
  • Meet daily weekly and monthly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry workflows and record-keeping processes.
  • Maintain backups and organize files in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration business information management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in data entry data processing database administration or records management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good understanding of spreadsheet formatting data validation and digital record management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Good written communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting.

Annual Salary and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: $45000$55000 USD.
