Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures excellent typing skills and a keen eye for accuracy. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in our company database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain accurate data in the company database

- Verify and correct data discrepancies

- Ensure data integrity and security

- Perform regular data backups and updates

- Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues

- Generate reports and analyze data as needed

- Keep track of all data entry activities and deadlines

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience with automotive parts or manufacturing industry is a plus
