Interdent a leader in the Hospital and Health Care industry is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role you will be an integral part of our operations responsible for maintaining and updating critical data across our systems. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity. As a remote team member you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being fully supported by our collaborative team in El Segundo. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $44000 to $56000 commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing source documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and company information.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and assist in cleaning up data inconsistencies.
  • Retrieve and organize data as requested by management or other authorized team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry deadlines are met.
  • Generate standard reports from the database as needed.
  • Assist with digital file management including scanning and indexing documents.
  • Adhere to all company policies and healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g. HIPAA).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience with data entry software and standard office equipment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of precision in work.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay motivated.
  • Strong data confidentiality awareness and ethical conduct.
