Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Houston Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining critical company data ensuring the integrity of our information systems and supporting our commitment to operational excellence and precision.

Responsibilities
* Accurately input and maintain a variety of data into our company databases including customer information production orders and inventory records.
* Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness correcting any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
* Generate regular reports and summaries from our databases for review by management and other departments.
* Collaborate with production sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless information flow and data integrity across the organisation.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive company and client information with the utmost discretion.
* Assist with the development and implementation of more efficient data collection and management procedures.
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the data management function.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial sector would be considered an advantage.
