Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our database systems
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Respond to data inquiries and requests from team members
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry and parts is a plus
