Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data in our companys systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and manage data in various databases and systems

Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems

Prepare and sort documents for data entry

Review and audit data for errors or discrepancies

Communicate with team members to resolve data issues

Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed

Adhere to company policies and procedures for data integrity and security

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

Proficient typing skills and knowledge of data entry software and systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
