Job Summary

Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering updating and maintaining information accurately in computer systems and databases.

Main duties
Enter data from documents forms or emails into computer systems.
Update and maintain records and databases.
Check information for errors and correct inaccurate entries.
Organize and file documents both digitally and physically.
Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets.
Verify data and ensure information is complete and accurate.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Common requirements
Basic computer skills.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word or Google Sheets/Docs.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to organize information effectively.
Good communication skills.

Required Skills:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Administration Management or a related field. 13 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional dependable and discreet when handling confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
