Key Responsibilities
  • Design develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting data from multiple enterprise sources
  • Build and optimize Snowflake-based data warehouses and modern data architectures
  • Design and maintain data models that support reporting analytics and business intelligence initiatives
  • Develop robust data transformation and cleansing processes to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Monitor and optimize database performance query execution and cloud infrastructure
  • Build Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable business insights
  • Collaborate with data scientists business analysts and stakeholders to understand and deliver data requirements
  • Ensure data governance security privacy and compliance across enterprise data platforms
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve data pipeline performance and reliability
  • Document technical solutions data flows and architecture while following enterprise development standards

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Insurance domain (Property & Casualty Life Insurance or Commercial Insurance)
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake optimization and performance tuning
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms
