data center technican 3, DCO

The Data Center Operations (DCO) team is responsible for deploying maintaining and troubleshooting the IT hardware used in Amazons data centers.

Key job responsibilities
Server Repair Troubleshooting hardware failures identifying root causes and repairing or replacing failing components

High Impact Event Response Responding to network failures (e.g. link outages rackdowns) and high-priority hardware repairs

- High school or equivalent diploma
- 1 years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends nights and holidays

- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of network design protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting
