Data Center Project Manager

Were seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects within a utilityâdriven missionâcritical environment. This role oversees planning coordination and execution of data centerrelated upgrades reliability improvements and electrical system integrations that support grid operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background managing technical projects for electric utilities or similar regulated environments with experience coordinating engineering teams contractors and operations groups. This position requires exceptional communication risk management and stakeholder alignment skills along with a deep understanding of electrical systems critical facilities or utility infrastructure.

As a Project Manager youll be at the heart of our projects ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day will involve developing comprehensive project plans that outline the scope objectives deliverables milestones and timelines. Youll allocate and coordinate resources including engineers technicians equipment and materials to keep the project on track.

Youll provide technical guidance and expertise to our engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle ensuring high-quality outcomes. Establishing strong communication channels with clients will be key as youll need to understand their requirements provide updates and address any concerns. Additionally youll monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure we stay within financial targets

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university;
• Previous experience in construction project management or a related role
• Experience with utilities specifically the development of data center projects
• 5 years experience or greater related experience; PMP is a plus
• Curious and active listener:You have a deep hunger to learn coupled with a willingness to think outside the ask a lot of recognize there is a difference between hearing and listening.
• Resilient and self-motivated:You are always striving to build upon previous successes
• Detail oriented:The little things matter!

Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $100000 and $150000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical dental vision and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement voluntary life disability critical illness accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
