We are seeking a skilled Data and Analytics Specialist to build robust reporting frameworks executive dashboards and data reconciliation processes supporting the FDA enterprise learning ecosystem.
This position is contingent upon award.
This position is remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring MD
Clearance Requirement: Current or ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.
As the Data and Analytics Specialist you will oversee enterprise learning data integrity analytics frameworks compliance reporting and business intelligence solutions. You will design build and maintain interactive operational dashboards using Power BI Tableau or ServiceNow analytics capabilities. Your work will involve reconciling complex learning records across systems validating training transcripts monitoring intake metrics and generating audit-ready compliance reports for FDA leadership and external oversight bodies.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) yearsof progressive experience in data analytics learning data management or business intelligence.
Education: Bachelors degree in data analytics statistics computer science information management or a related data discipline.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in business intelligence and reporting tools specifically Power BI Tableau SQL and ServiceNow analytics modules.
Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Demonstrated experience performing data validation cross-system transcript reconciliation discrepancy resolution and audit reporting.
Learning Ecosystem Context: Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting structures learner analytics completion metrics and training compliance tracking.
