Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Tower Lead to oversee all aspects of the D&A function including BAU operations enhancements and project delivery. This role will provide strategic leadership manage cross-functional teams drive governance and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data & Analytics Tower across BAU enhancements and projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders SMEs and technical leads to define and deliver solutions.
• Govern delivery teams and ensure quality timely execution of initiatives.
• Track and manage key operational and project metrics KPIs risks and escalations.
• Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to address business and technology challenges.
• Identify growth opportunities support proposals and lead project delivery efforts.
• Drive best practices in data engineering analytics reporting and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Data Engineering BI Reporting Cloud Analytics and stakeholder management within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • AWS
  • Databricks
  • Python
  • SQL
• Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics teams and programs.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams including operations enhancements and strategic initiatives.

Preferred

• Experience with data modernization data lakes/warehouses and cloud transformation programs.
• AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred.
