Data Analytics Director

The Data Analytics Director provides strategic and technical leadership for enterprise reporting business intelligence analytics modernization and performance management initiatives. This role transforms operational and financial data into actionable insights that support executive decision making and mission execution. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Develop data strategies governance frameworks and performance measurement methodologies.
• Consolidate data from systems including SharePoint SAM FSMS and other enterprise platforms.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards scorecards and KPI reporting solutions.
• Perform advanced analytics forecasting trend analysis and data quality assessments.
• Provide insights supporting project prioritization and leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities for automation AI enablement and process improvement.
• Lead data management and reporting teams.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Management Engineering Business Information Systems Data Analytics or related field and 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Minimum 8 years supporting DHS or DoD environments.
• Minimum 8 years of data analytics reporting business intelligence or performance management experience.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating and analyzing data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
