Position Overview
We are seeking an analytical detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support business operations by collecting analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources. This role will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support informed decision-making improve operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process optimization.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills experience working with SQL and Microsoft Excel and the ability to develop dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams and managing multiple analytical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key business and operational metrics.
  • Collect analyze and interpret data from internal systems databases and other business resources to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and analyze data from relational databases.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business leaders management and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor data quality accuracy integrity and consistency across systems and reporting sources.
  • Perform data validation cleansing reconciliation and quality assurance activities.
  • Identify trends anomalies and data-driven opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with business operations technology finance HR and other teams to understand reporting requirements an deliver meaningful analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions reports dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain data documentation definitions reporting processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve analytical processes and efficiencies.
  • Support forecasting capacity planning performance measurement and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Business Analytics Computer Science Information Systems Statistics Mathematics Business or a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics business intelligence operations analytics or a related analytical role.
    Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing relational databases.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables lookups formulas data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends inconsistencies and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python R Power Query or other data analysis and automation tools.
  • Experience with data modeling ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience automating recurring reports and analytical workflows.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
  • Experience identifying and supporting process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms or enterprise reporting environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional project environments.
