Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Analyst I to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about using data to solve business problems and support decision-making.

The Data Analyst I will work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and interpret data from various sources develop reports and dashboards and provide actionable insights that drive operational and strategic improvements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills attention to detail and a desire to learn in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect clean validate and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations to support business operations and decision-making.
• Identify trends patterns and opportunities through data analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions.
• Assist in developing and documenting data definitions processes and reporting standards.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and assist with troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Support ongoing process improvement and business intelligence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Information Systems Economics Business Analytics or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis reporting business intelligence internships or relevant academic projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables lookups and basic analytical functions.
• Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Internship co-op research or project experience involving data analysis.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
