Key Responsibilities The Office of Homeless Services (OHS) is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the states homelessness data collection reporting and performance measurement practices. This time limited position will evaluate the effectiveness of current data systems identify opportunities to improve data quality and utilization and develop a strategic framework for measuring the effectiveness of Utahs homeless services system. This is a temporary time limited position expected to conclude on June 30th 2027 The Data Strategy Analyst will:
The successful candidate will work closely with OHS staff grantees and external stakeholders to identify best practices for collecting analyzing and utilizing data to support strategic decision-making continuous quality improvement funding decisions and accountability across the statewide homeless services system.
