Data Analyst Procurement

Job Summary
- Analyze Procurement and operational data to identify trends opportunities risks and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate exceptions outliers and inefficiencies.
- Create and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and IT teams to validate optimize and publish reporting solutions.
- Support data management activities within Oracle and other business systems.
- Design and improve data collection tools reporting processes and analytical solutions.
- Maintain critical supply chain parameters and data integrity across systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve business problems and answer key operational questions.
- Document processes create & maintain training materials and share best practices.
- Provide support and guidance on reporting analytics and data-related processes.
- Assist with data imports large-scale data updates and process automation initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Supply Chain Data Analytics Information Systems Statistics Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience using data to solve business problems through analysis reporting or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Oracle Oracle Fusion strongly preferred.
- Experience working with spreadsheets databases and data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as business cubes.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in supply chain Procurement manufacturing operations or related business environments.
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills including data modeling automation or macros.
- Knowledge of data governance data quality and reporting best practices.
- Experience supporting or leading analytics projects.
- Work on meaningful projects that directly impact business performance.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across Operations Supply Chain IT and Business Intelligence.
- Develop technical analytical and business expertise.
