Data Analyst Procurement

• Analyze Procurement and operational data to identify trends opportunities risks and process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate exceptions outliers and inefficiencies.
• Create and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and IT teams to validate optimize and publish reporting solutions.
• Support data management activities within Oracle and other business systems.
• Design and improve data collection tools reporting processes and analytical solutions.
• Maintain critical supply chain parameters and data integrity across systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve business problems and answer key operational questions.
• Document processes create & maintain training materials and share best practices.
• Provide support and guidance on reporting analytics and data-related processes.
• Assist with data imports large-scale data updates and process automation initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Supply Chain Data Analytics Information Systems Statistics Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience using data to solve business problems through analysis reporting or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Oracle Oracle Fusion strongly preferred.
• Experience working with spreadsheets databases and data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as business cubes.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in supply chain Procurement manufacturing operations or related business environments.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling automation or macros.
• Knowledge of data governance data quality and reporting best practices.
• Experience supporting or leading analytics projects.

• Work on meaningful projects that directly impact business performance.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across Operations Supply Chain IT and Business Intelligence.
• Develop technical analytical and business expertise.
