We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to help improve our services and processes. You will work closely with our management team to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect organize and analyze data from various sources such as electronic health records surveys and financial reports
- Develop and maintain databases to track and report on key performance indicators
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Create and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Monitor data quality and identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a healthcare or related industry
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy services and developmental disabilities is a plus
