DATA ANALYST

POSITION: Data Analyst

JOB TYPE: (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting processing and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and objectives.
• Designing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
• Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and cleaning.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization tools.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A background in statistics mathematics or a related field is preferred.
