Data Analyst II

Location: Hybrid Baltimoreor New York City(East Coast Preferred)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing data and analytics team focused on transforming manual reporting and analysis processes into scalable automated solutions. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong analyst who enjoys solving business problems improving processes and building reliable data products that drive decision-making.

• Develop maintain and enhance reporting analytics and data workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL and Python code for data extraction transformation automation and validation.
• Build scalable processes that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Support data pipeline development and maintain reporting environments in cloud-based platforms.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI Tableau or similar tools.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical data solutions.
• Monitor data quality troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Document processes workflows and business rules to support scalable operations.

• 2 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or related fields.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Strong Python experience for data analysis automation and reporting.
• Experience working with Snowflake Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Proven ability to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Experience with ETL data transformation and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment.

• Experience with Power BI Tableau or other visualization tools.
• Background in financial services asset management investment management or other business-focused analytics environments.
• Experience with Git APIs or workflow orchestration tools.
• Understanding of sales CRM transactional or operational data.
