Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights that will inform business decisions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data develop reports and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources

- Identify trends patterns and insights from the data to inform business decisions

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify data quality issues and work with the team to resolve them

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a business setting

- Proficient in SQL Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
