Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing data from various sources to provide insights and support decision-making within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis

- Develop and implement data quality controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Train and support team members on data analysis tools and techniques

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze large datasets

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
