Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analyticsyoulldevelop sophisticated financial models perform detailed analyses and partner with stakeholders across the university to support resource planning budgeting and long-term financial sustainability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems working collaboratively and translating data into meaningful recommendations that help shape institutional strategy.

Your Contribution Will Likely Include
- Build andmaintainfinancial models that support university planning forecasting and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations that inform executive decision-making.
- Partner with colleagues across the Office of Planning and Budget and university departments toidentifyfinancial opportunities and address institutional challenges.
- Support resource planning allocation andfinancial managementinitiatives that align with university priorities.
- Present financial analyses and insights to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve financial planning processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate data trends and business needs toidentifyopportunities for improvement and innovation.
Experience You Will Bring
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration Public Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience performing financial analysis budgeting forecasting or financial planning.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models.
- Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities whilemaintainingattention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across a large complex organization.
- A proactive intellectually curious approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
