Job Summary
VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company. Your role will be crucial in helping us make informed business decisions and improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources including databases spreadsheets and reports
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and anomalies
- Develop and maintain data models and databases
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate data findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor and track data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle and analyze large datasets
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
- Familiarity with healthcare data is a plus
