Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to help inform decision-making and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect organize and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns

Develop and maintain databases and data systems

Create reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and meaningful way

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions

Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and completeness

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and Tableau

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
