Job Summary
ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst a highimpact operationsfocused role supporting supply chain excellence across our Columbia PA manufacturing operations.
How You Will Help
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
- Collaborate with procurement production engineering and other functions to align material planning with build schedules
- Monitor inventory levels forecast demand and recommend optimal stocking strategies for all products
- Support supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines quality metrics and pricing trends
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory lead times and supplier reliability
- Assist in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materials
- Identify risks in the supply chain (e.g. shortages delays) and propose mitigation plans
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics warehousing and production flow
What You Will Bring
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Operations or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain manufacturing or logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas pivot tables coding); experience with Power BI ERP/MRP systems required
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
