Compass Health Center is seeking aData Analystto join our growing organization. This position will report to our Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for micro and macro data analytics and reporting in support of our Operations Revenue Cycle and Finance teams.

We are a leading provider in the mental health space. Our rapid growth continues to create a need for stronger and deeper analytic reporting in all dimensions. The Data Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to provide data analysis and reporting. This position requires a broad view of the companys technology data and business practices strong collaboration skills and the ability to tell a compelling story as we work to become a more data-driven organization.

Job Highlights

• Responsible for the development production and publishing report metrics and Key Performance Indicators supporting operational performance revenue integrity and financial performance. Major areas of focus include management of all report scorecards and dashboards supporting business processes across the Compass system.
• Perform the role of MS Power BI subject matter expert
• Validate that MS Power BI can meet requirements and educate business stakeholders on intelligence reporting capabilities
• Drive the development of a secure framework for how data reports and dashboards are designed and maintained
• Responsible for pulling and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports; working with key stakeholders in other departments. Provides detailed and timely status reports and keeps Leadership informed of all items of concern.
• Ensure the right information is identified at the right time and at the appropriate level for reporting purposes
• Support the Operations Revenue Cycle and Finance teams to collaborate with operators and clinicians across the organization to identify develop and implement improvement initiatives related to business performance.
• Develop Standard Work Instructions regarding tools listed above and processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business statistics mathematics or computer science majorspreferred
• Minimum 5 years in MS Power BI modeling (or similar environment) data storytelling and knowledge of how people make decisions within healthcare
• Experience with electronic health records and medical billing systems (Sigmund/Aura EPIC and other)
• Must have five years of programming experience with SSIS DAX and SQL
• Must have advanced level SQL programming and data visualization skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Power Query Power Pivot connections to external data sources pivot tables charts and slicers
• Exceptional analytical conceptual and problem-solving abilities
