• Develop and maintain field mapping frameworks for legacy systems.
• Conduct data integrity and quality assessments to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support ServiceNow and help desk ticket requests for reporting and system administration.
• Contribute to modernization efforts by validating data migration and supporting testing cycles.

• Advanced SQL skills for querying and data integrity validation.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups pivot tables and data modeling.
• Experience with data mapping and documentation.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Advanced data analytics skills.
