D365 CRM Tester

Required Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.

4 years of software testing experience including manual and automated testing.

3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.

Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.

Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps Jira ALM Octane).

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)

Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience working within the SAFe framework

Preferred Experience

SAFe certification (e.g. SAFe Tester)  

Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.

Background in project management change management or business analytics.
