We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives within a leading energy organization. This role plays a key part in enhancing the organizations security posture by driving user awareness training effectiveness and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of enterprise cybersecurity awareness programs including:
Role-based training initiatives
Phishing simulation campaigns
Security awareness communications
Coordinate and manage training schedules activities and deliverables
Conduct research on cybersecurity risks trends and industry best practices
Maintain and update training materials documentation and learning resources
Track and report on program metrics KPIs and training effectiveness
Assist in audit readiness and compliance activities
Collaborate with:
Cybersecurity subject matter experts (SMEs)
Internal stakeholders and business teams
External vendors and learning partners
Ensure programs align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
610 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness or training programs in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and risk management principles
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
Experience with metrics tracking reporting and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with phishing simulation tools and security awareness platforms
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO or similar)
Background in learning & development (L&D) or training program support
Additional Details
Standard business hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Minimal travel required
Driving may be required for this role (valid drivers license needed)
No per diem or relocation assistance provided
