Cyber Security Supervisor

As a Cyber Security Supervisor here at Honeywell you will lead and oversee cybersecurity operations to protect our critical digital assets. You will manage a team of cybersecurity professionals ensuring the implementation of effective security measures and compliance with industry standards to safeguard our infrastructure.

You will report directly to our General Manager - Global LOB and youll work out of our Duluth GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the security posture of Honeywell by proactively identifying and mitigating cyber threats enhancing incident response capabilities and fostering a security-aware culture within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise a team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers to ensure effective monitoring and response to security incidents.

Develop implement and maintain cybersecurity policies procedures and controls aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments vulnerability management and security audits.

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in leading cybersecurity teams and managing security operations in a dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks threat intelligence incident response and vulnerability management.

Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM IDS/IPS endpoint protection platforms and network security technologies.

Hands-on experience with cloud security controls and compliance standards relevant to industrial environments.

WE VALUE

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field.

5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

Certifications such as CISSP CISM or CEH are highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with industrial control systems security and compliance frameworks.
