What Makes This Role Great: In this pivotal position you will serve as the master architect of Trimbles AECO post-sale partner journey. You will possess full ownership of cross-sector digital collaboration tools translating frontline customer feedback into enterprise-grade features while directly influencing partner retention and success worldwide.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead high-impact collaborative workshops with global stakeholders to map out and capture critical partner portal requirements.

• Translate complex cross-functional user feedback into actionable user stories clear acceptance criteria and end-to-end process workflows.

• Partner closely with IS developers and system architects to translate business priorities into cutting-edge technical designs.

• Drive seamless user onboarding and champion tool adoption as the definitive subject matter expert during worldwide PRM rollouts.

• Analyze complex usage metrics and partner interactions to continuously optimize platform performance and digital engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in channel operations business systems administration or data analytics.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.

• Advanced capability in Google Sheets for data modeling metric evaluation and reporting.

• Strong mathematical and analytical mindset to evaluate complex platform metrics and usage trends.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and external partners.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with PRM software or Salesforce Communities.

• Background or familiarity with the architecture engineering or construction (AEC) technology sectors.

Logistics:

Location: Atlanta GA or Westminster CO (In Office 4 days per week and 1 day from home)

Travel Requirement: 5-10% (2-4 sales meetings per year)
