Job Summary

Buckland is looking for aCustoms Post Entry Team LeaderWhat youll be doingThis position is responsible for coordinating the handling of documentation and advances for clearance monitoring and control of all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations. The Operations Team Leader Post Entry must provide the highest level of customer service to our valued customers. They must remain in continuous communication directly with other Team Leaders Supervisor and the US Operations Manager and filter communication thru to the post entry we need from youHigh school diploma or equivalentCertified Customs Specialist (CCS) Designation (must maintain yearly status).5 years industry experience (preferred). Advanced MS Office knowledge CRM software and the ability to quickly learn new level of organization time management and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication problem solving and decision-making aboutCustoms regulations and Post Entry filing to function in a time sensitive be legally eligible to work for the Company at all Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CND/USA/MYou will be responsible forOversee the preparation ofPost Entry Submissions: PSC 520d Protests 3347 and Penalty mitigations and promptefficientand professional response to all queries; ensures team is current in all customer in maintaining customers product suggestions for operational improvement and assist in implementation of any problems or issues directly to their ongoing training to increase knowledge of new customs polices and/or ResponsibilitiesAbility to manage a group of 5 to 10 employeesAssist with performance evaluations for direct reportsAssign tasks to team membersAssists with training and guidance of direct reportsMonitor work volumes of direct reports to ensure entries are completed to customs regulations guidelines.
