- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone email and chat in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling rescheduling and cancellations
- Address billing questions and payment concerns with accuracy and empathy
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Identify and escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Provide clear compassionate communication to patients of diverse backgrounds
- Follow up with patients to ensure concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
