What Makes This Role Great: In this role you will operate independently using data and AI-driven insights to guide customer strategy improve adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of customers ensuring strong adoption and retention outcomes
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives
• Leverage data and AI-driven insights to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Lead business reviews focused on value realization and customer health
• Partner cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes

Essential Skills & Experience

• 46 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience within a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and value realization
• Experience using data and AI-enabled tools to drive customer outcomes
• Proven ability to manage accounts independently and deliver consistent results

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Gainsight Sale
• Salesforce and advanced analytics or AI capabilities
• AECO industry experience

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
